Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

Ramos Furniture (“Ramos Furniture,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • ZIP code (when you choose to share it for delivery options and nearest-showroom lookup)
  • Product interests
  • Information submitted through quote requests, contact forms, financing inquiries, or customer service communications
  • Billing information you enter at online checkout (name, billing address). Card data itself is collected directly by our payment processor — see Payment Processing below.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Pages visited
  • Referring website
  • Date and time of visits

This information helps us improve our website and understand how visitors use our services.

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to quote requests and inquiries
  • Provide customer support
  • Process transactions and service requests
  • Improve our products, services, and website
  • Communicate promotions, events, and special offers
  • Measure advertising effectiveness
  • Protect against fraud and misuse

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and understand visitor behavior.

We may use analytics and advertising tools such as:

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel
  • Other advertising and analytics providers

These tools may collect information about your interactions with our website and advertisements.

Google Analytics associates events from the same browsing session via a session identifier so we can understand how visitors move through the site (for example, from a category page to a product page). Event-level analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Search Activity

When you use the search feature on our catalog, we log the search term, where on the site you searched from, and whether the search returned any results. We use this anonymized data solely to improve our catalog and identify gaps. Email addresses, phone numbers, and similar identifying patterns typed into the search box are automatically redacted before storage. Search logs are deleted after 90 days. We do not sell or share this data.

ZIP Code Preference

When you choose to share your ZIP code with us, we store it in your browser (using a cookie named rf_zipand your browser’s local storage) for up to 30 days so we can show delivery options and your nearest showroom on return visits. This information stays on your device unless you submit it through a form (for example, a quote request).

You can remove a saved ZIP at any time by selecting “Clear ZIP” in the ZIP entry dialog, or by clearing your browser’s cookies and site data for this site.

Marketing Attribution

When you arrive on our website by clicking an advertisement, social-media post, email link, or banner, we store a small record of the campaign or source in your browser (a cookie named rf_attribution) for up to 30 days. This record helps us measure which of our campaigns are working so we can keep showing useful offers.

The record may include: a campaign or banner identifier from the link you clicked, the standard utm_* marketing parameters from the URL, and the website that referred you to us (we store only that website’s domain and page path — never query strings, search terms, or other personal details from the referring page).

We use first-touch attribution: the first time you arrive at our site through a campaign, that campaign is credited. Later visits do not change what is stored. If you later submit a quote request, we associate this attribution record with your quote so we can measure the campaign’s effectiveness.

You can clear marketing attribution at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies and site data for this site, or by using your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. We honor opt-outs as required by California law.

Payment Processing

When you complete a purchase on our website, your card information (card number, expiration date, security code) is collected directly by our payment processor, Authorize.net (a Visa company), through their secure tokenization library that runs in your browser. Card data does not pass through or get stored on Ramos Furniture servers.

Our payment processor returns a one-time payment token to our servers, which we use to authorize and capture the charge. Card settlement is handled by TSYS Acquiring Solutions, and funds are deposited to our bank.

We store the following purchase information for accounting, customer service, and order fulfillment:

  • Billing name and address
  • Last four digits of the card and the card brand (we do not store the full card number)
  • Transaction ID, authorization code, and amount
  • Delivery contact information and address
  • Items purchased and order date

We retain this information as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and exchanges, prepare tax filings, and comply with applicable record-keeping laws. California residents can request deletion of personal information from our records (see California Privacy Rights), subject to the legal exceptions that apply to completed financial transactions.

Authorize.net and TSYS Acquiring Solutions have their own privacy practices governing the card data they process. We do not control or have access to that data beyond the token and the result of the transaction.

Advertising and Remarketing

We may use advertising technologies that allow us to show relevant advertisements to visitors who have previously interacted with our website.

These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure campaign performance and improve advertising relevance.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including:

  • Website hosting providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Marketing platforms
  • Email and communication services
  • Payment processors (Authorize.net) and card-settlement partners (TSYS Acquiring Solutions) — see Payment Processing above
  • Financing partners

These providers may only use information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

California residents have certain privacy rights under applicable California law.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have the right to:
