Terms of Service

These terms cover ordering, pricing, delivery, returns, sales tax, warranties, financing, and privacy. For questions not covered here, email online@ramosfurniture.com.

About Ramos Furniture

Ramos Furniture is a family-owned California furniture retailer with 9showrooms across eight cities. We’ve operated since 1999. These terms govern your use of our website and any orders you place online.

Pricing and availability

Prices on our website are subject to change. Listed prices reflect our best information at the time of display but aren’t a binding offer until confirmed by our team. Inventory shown online may not reflect real-time stock at every showroom; we confirm availability with you before charging your card or scheduling delivery.

If a product’s price or availability changes between when you place an order and when our team confirms it, we’ll contact you before any charge is made. You can cancel without penalty if you’re not happy with the updated terms.

How online orders work

When you check out online, your card is authorized for the order total — a temporary hold, not a charge. A Ramos team member then contacts you to confirm item availability, schedule delivery, and finalize details. Your card is charged after that confirmation, for the confirmed amount.

If your order changes (for example, a price update or substitution), we’ll get your approval before charging. If we can’t fulfill the order, we release the hold and your card is never charged.

Delivery

We deliver to customers near our 9showrooms in the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Central Coast of California. Your delivery ZIP code is confirmed at checkout — if we can’t reach your address, your card is never charged. Delivery zones and fees are confirmed when our team contacts you to schedule. Setup is available for most items. Delivery dates are estimates and may shift based on supplier lead times and warehouse scheduling — we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.

Returns, exchanges, and warranty

Damage on delivery: Inspect your order at delivery. Report any damage within 72 hours by emailing us with your order number and photos — we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you.

Other returns: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be in original condition. Return eligibility and any restocking fees vary by item and supplier — we’ll walk you through the specific terms for your order. Custom orders, mattresses, and clearance items may be non-returnable.

Warranty: Most items carry a manufacturer warranty that we pass through to you. We’ll help you contact the manufacturer if a warranty claim is needed.

Sales tax

California sales tax is calculated and applied to your order at confirmation, based on the delivery address ZIP code. The rate shown at confirmation is what you’re charged.

Financing

Financing is available through our financing partner. Terms, qualification, and rates are set by the financing partner, not by Ramos Furniture. See our Financing page for current options, or ask in any showroom.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or your order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
